Nancy Archuleta (NMLS #196035), President and Owner/Broker:  Nancy (Melbourne) Archuleta is a native New Mexican with a BBA in Accounting from UT Austin and President of Melbourne Financial.  She has been a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers since 1993, and a member of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Professionals since its inception in 1994.  Nancy has served on their Board, is a past President (2002 – 2003) and currently holds the position of Treasurer.  Nancy has worked in the Banking and Mortgage field since 1988.  She joined Melbourne Financial as a Loan Officer in 1990, after working for Franklin Federal Bankcorp, FSB as a Sr. Staff Account in Austin, Texas.  She became President, and principal owner of Melbourne Financial Corporation in 2007.  Nancy provides superior service to her customers and as a result, over 80% of her business is either repeat or referrals. Gilbert Archuleta, Vice President:  Gilbert Archuleta is a native New Mexican with a BA and MBA.  Gilbert joined Melbourne Financial as a Commercial Loan Officer in 2004, following 22 years of financial experience in the aerospace industry.  Gilbert was trained and worked under founder Ralph Melbourne on Commercial Loans for nearly 5 years.  Gilbert specializes in Commercial Loans for Apartments, Strip Retail, Medical Offices, and Warehouse/Distribution buildings.
